Audubon Environmental Sponsors ULI Triangle EventEnvironmental Consulting Firm Backs Event Addressing Sustainability And Water
RALEIGH, N.C. – Miles M. (Bud) Smart, Ph.D., president of Audubon Environmental, an environmental consulting firm that partners with landowners and developers to assist in protecting and sustaining land, water, wildlife and natural resources, has announced that the firm will sponsor a ULI Triangle members-only roundtable event titled, “Sustainability and Water: Drought Regulation and Innovation.” The event will take place on Wednesday, March 11 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. in Room 136 of the Monteith Research Center, located at 2410 Campus Shore Drive, on North Carolina State University’s (NCSU) Centennial Campus. Dr. Bill Hunt, assistant professor and extension specialist in biological and agricultural engineering, and urban storm water management at NCSU, will discuss the drought in North Carolina and its impact on land use planning and real estate development.
