Barbour Pointe

Located just 10 minutes from downtown Savannah, GA, Barbour Pointe is a 34 home neighborhood situated on 38 acres of land adjacent to Salt Creek. As the bulk of the property is a salt marsh, only 18 acres is open to development. To ensure no further development would take place, the property is entrusted to the home owners association and all open green spaces and the salt marsh were placed into a conservation easement through the Audubon Environmental Land Trust.
